Michael was a life saver. Shopped around and almost settled on a lender before Michael, to my surprise, was able to get me a lower interest rate. Not only that, He also gave me some great insights to use to negotiate a better deal with the seller and lower my closing cost and had my loan docs ready to sign two days before closing. I can’t say enough about Michael. Having a knowledgeable and efficient lender is imperative in order to get the deal done. Michael was not only both of these, but extremely patient in walking me through the complicated process of obtaining a loan. He promptly returned my calls and e-mails which I’m sure were received in an overly anxious tone. He was always there to reassure me and help give me confidence.
